How do you identify a good language centre? One way is to ask their students, of course. Here at Language Explorer, it always warms our heart when we receive encouraging testimonials from our past and current students. Our teachers are constantly being praised for their exemplary teaching methods, patient guidance, as well as approachable and passionate spirits.
But apart from having an amazing team of teachers, we are also constantly striving to uphold excellent standards of business practices in our learning centres. So, imagine our excitement when we were called up with this news – Learning Explorer has been awarded the Business Trust Award 2019/2020!
The Business Trust Award recognises small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs in Singapore which demonstrate exemplary service and customer satisfaction. These companies are known for earning the trust of their customers and business clients by engaging in fair and honest practices.
Indeed, our students are at the heart of our business, and we are always seeking ways to give our best to them. Not only are our professionally-trained teachers willing to go the extra mile to guide students, but the dedicated service staff are also committed to keeping the learning centres up and running smoothly. We are at the forefront of responding to the needs and feedback of our clients and partners, and constantly persevering to provide better experiences each time.
To receive our award, we were invited to the Night of Excellence 2019 – Award Ceremony cum Gala Dinner on the 19th of November, 2019, with the Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, Zainal Sapari, gracing the event. The award was presented by Mr Alex Yeo, the CEO of Asia 1 Enrich Enterprise, to our founder and director, Linda Huang.
We were greatly humbled to connect with other driven and passionate business leaders and entrepreneurs during the gala, on top of enjoying an evening of great food and vibes. Seeing all the up-and-coming local brands at one place definitely fuels our commitment to continue working diligently to become a trusted household brand for language education.
This award adds on to our growing list of achievements at Language Explorer. Starting from our first – the Singapore Excellence Award for Language Teaching in 2015 – our language centres have been receiving recognition yearly for our ongoing education and business efforts. Together, Linda Mandarin, Chinese Edge, English Explorer, Korean Explorer, and Japanese Explorer aim to be the best provider of Chinese, English, Korean, and Japanese lessons in Singapore.
While we can owe our achievements to our superb team at Learning Explorer, we would also like to share our achievement with our biggest and most loyal supporters – our students and business partners! All of this would not have been possible without all the trust and support of all of them.
